I'm very disappointed on how my care was handled. The nurse Sarah was unprofessional, as well as the company. Pat Kelly did try to help, but didn't feel genuine. I've been without a nurse for about a month. Help was offered to find other care for there was no one in my area, but as I said. It wasn't genuine to me. After that conversation no other calls from this company. I'm done. I wish the best, but very very disappointed. Lita

The company has been excellent to work with, from the very professional and caring management staff, to the knowledgeable and compassionate nurses who have become part of our family. My son has been taken care of nurses from this agency for 3 plus years. It has been reassuring to know that he is in good hands. He has had some serious medical issues over the years, and he's very stable these days, and I know that the staff has contributed to his well-being over the years. They are dependable, reliable, and someone you can trust to do right by your child. The nurse we currently have is amazing, and is good with our son. She really goes beyond the call of duty! The nurse case manager is super sweet, and is always very helpful, and the scheduling team has really worked with us per schedule requests, and what not. I would highly recommend this nursing agency!
