I have been having a time getting supply from these people since last year...I don't what is going on with them...get rid of some people there and hire people that will help...they have an excuse about everything...when I come to them a long time ago they were wonderful...they did everything in a timely manner but since last things have changed....I have very severe sleep apnea and I just can't be waiting around for supply....the last 3 times I have had to duck tape the head gear to hold it on my head....they say ins. won't pay but every 6 months...that is too long to have wait...I guess I have to wait but am unhappy.....

Just curious…why would a home health nurse tell a patient to continue wearing his bright yellow hospital socks every day? He wore them for about three weeks (daily) before he washed them the first time…He wears them everywhere…church, concerts, restaurants…and wears them with shorts …I have bought him other socks but he insists on wearing the hospital socks because ‘the nurse told me to’…😊🙏🏻❤️

I’ve only had two visits so far with this agency but I cannot say anything more positive! These people are the legit definition of angels. I had surgery on my thigh area Wednesday and since it’s in an awkward are it’s hard for me to do the packing and dressing myself. They are so careful and compassionate. I had a lot of anxiety going to the bathroom as when did the dressing would get wet naturally. Emily and Becky brainstormed a few ideas and we tried one and it is the absolute godsend we were needing. No more anxiety and no more panic attacks at 4am not knowing what to do. On top of everything they are very kind and helpful with teaching my fiancé how to also care for the wound on the days they aren’t there. (They also love our animals to death which makes me love them even more as the animals are like our children)

Augusta Home Health provided services for my dad who was in need of nursing and therapy services. The care provided was always professional and the team was amazing in helping us during this journey. The quality care combined with the compassion made such a difference for not only my dad but also our family! i would highly recommend their services if you are ever in need of home health services
