After my surgery, I was contacted immediately after my discharge to set up an appointment for an accessment . During my accessment, I was greeted by an outstanding access health employee that wants over my personal plan & from the on , our plan was and every way has been prompt, well served with friendly and well educated staff members. I am still under their care and have encouragement that motivates my participation during and on the other days independently. I would recommend,"hands down" for those who may need any of their services. Why settle for less than what your own personal health care needs are with different mentality. GO ACCESS !

Phenomenal physical therapy, nurses, social worker, and staff. There are not enough words to express how great they all are with my grandmother. without them, at 93, she would be bed ridden and not able to stay in her home! We are so thankful for them!!
