After many negative experiences with other home healthcare providers, I'm very thankful to have found American Healthcare Professionals. Dr. Taylor is the best! She has been a wealth of knowledge and sympathy for our family, especially for me the primary caregiver. You can tell she cares about her clients but she is also very caring about their family members. She listens and does what she can to help during these difficult years of caring for an elderly, sick parent. Earl, PT, is one of the best we have worked with. He is really patient, gentle and so skilled. Nurse Carin is wonderful and so helpful as well. They are all very professional: on time, keeps an open communication, follows through, even gives you a heads up when they are on their way. That's actually a rare thing in my experience with other home health providers. American Healthcare Pro have taken a lot of worries off my shoulders. I can't recommend them enough.
