My 81 year old mom had hip surgery and was released from in-patient rehab. I was provided some different companies to call for outpatient PT. I called around and asked for someone who spoke Mandarin since I knew my Mom would be more comfortable with someone she could communicate with, especially regarding medical terms. Carevana provided a Nurse who would come every week, and Christina was amazing speaking Mandarin with my Mom and explaining things to me in English. Christina along with the help of Camden (in the office), was able to get orders from my Mom's doctor, for Christina to draw blood at her home so my mom wouldn't have to go to a lab (which is huge when you just had surgery and are 81 years old) Camden was always professional and friendly with her responses. Peggy (PT) was awesome working with my mom. She is kind, gentle but challenging...Peggy even got my mom to go outside to do her exercises, which my mom at first was hesitant to do so, but it was a beautiful day. They laughed a lot together and we miss Peggy already since since she was here 2 times every week for 6 weeks. Tom had to fill in once for Peggy and really was great too. They both understood how to work with older people and when to challenge her and hold her accountable. I'm so grateful to the Carevana team and would definitely recommend to others seeking care for their elderly parents.

Last year , My dad fell and was admitted to the rehab for 4 weeks and could barely walk when he was released. Carevana helped him get back on his feet and he has pretty much returned to normal. Friendly , knowledgeable and professional nurses and therapist . I wanted to single out Tom and Kristina . Thank you so much for all you did for my dad!
