They were great at first, but later on was rude to my mom when she tried to correct a nurse. The actual clinic told my mom certain instructions for my dad’s wound care, and my mom saw the nurse was doing it incorrectly and tried to correct the nurse. The nurse rudely responded back to my mom that she has being doing this for over 30 years and she knows what she is doing. My dad then went to the wound clinic for a follow up and they said whoever patched it up did it incorrectly. When we had another home visit she still did it incorrectly and it then started affecting my dad’s wound. At that point she is messing with my dads health which is unacceptable.

Very courteous, wonderful staff. Really helped me through a difficult time post-surgery, and now I am feeling much better, and on the road to walking again. Dr. "O" treated me with kindness, explained everything along the way, and even though difficult at times to do the exercises, he was patient and helped me through. He helped to build the confidence that I was able to do the program, and I did and am. I would recommend this Physical Therapy home program to anyone seeking this service. Thank you, Blue Dove!

My mother has dementia and her mobility is impaired, her primary doctor requested physical therapist, occupational therapist and skilled nurse from Blue Dove Home Health Services. The doctor made the right choice to get this agency for the staff treated my mother like their own parent, especially her nurse Elizabeth and Derick. They provided everything to my mother needs from caring therapist, helping caregivers hours and wound in her ankles. By the expertise and skills of her nurse now it’s completely healed. They are so easy to approach and always there when you need help. Hoping that every elderly health services have the same staff like Blue Dove that really care, skilled and treated the elderly like a family, for that’s the only thing they need now, to be cared and loved. Thank you so much for all the kind effort in caring the elderly.
