Home nursing appointment was suppose to be on Monday but got pushed to Tuesday. I was told they would call back with what time on Tuesday and never received a phone call. I have no idea when the medical device is going to be checked so now I will have to go to the hospital.

Nurse showed up LATE. Remarked about the size of my home . Then proceeded to ask grandmother who lived with who, which obviously implies I can't have a large home Asked about a power of attorney and then proceeded to "whitesplain" to me the difference in a durable POA Information in patient system had contacts listed that don't exist (and gave me the attitude for addressing it) Honestly asked referring doctor NOT to refer me to this place but I think money wise they wanna keep money in house .

Missed visits, I’ve never seen a company more unorganized than this. My nurse don’t show up when they are supposed to, I find myself connect my on machines for my meds. I don’t even know who my nurse is I’ve seen one person twice in the 3 weeks I’ve been under care with visits scheduled weekly. Thanks to Diana she was my welcome nurse. Outside of that if they don’t hve enough staff they don’t need to service as many clients.

I have been very pleased with this agency. They had handled the care of my mother before she passed and my father now. The care was exceptional, staff was always friendly and efficient. I never felt like that there was a stranger at their home. They made you feel like you had known them forever. Nurse Kelly Gilbert has a spot in my father's heart, they still keep in touch to this day. I would highly recommend them.
