Had a very smooth and professional process to get our documents notarized for a new home!! Quick to respond in a crunch!! Would seriously go back to them again!!!

Avoid Personal Care Division Southside. Top three adjectives I would choose to describe the management here: uncommunicative, unreliable, and avoidant. Once enrolled my point-of-contact within the company was extremely challenging to work with. My conversations with her were often rushed and short leaving me feeling not heard or supported. When they did not have an aid available to cover the shift for my family member, I was not given advance notice. After multiple days of rushing at the last minute to line up secondary care or take one of my own sick days from work I quickly became discouraged. The act that finally led to my separation from the company was when I was told I would have an aid and I later discovered she sent that very same aid to a different family without notifying me. for the third time in the same week I was forced, by the office manager’s decision, to take a day off from work to care for my family member who is on hospice. The only positive I can offer about this company is that the aids assigned to us were very good and showed great kindness and willingness to help with health maintenance, meal preparation and light housekeeping.

Horrible just horrible company. The workers and clients are unhappy. After surgery my doctor sent my information to them and for 2 1/2 weeks they sat on my paperwork while I had to be alone uncared for for 6 hrs a day unable to eat or use the bathroom.
