Used to work for these people. Their employment app has had complications when accepting and removing jobs. It will inform an employee that a job has been removed and find out it didn't commute to the main office They have zero tolerance of no call no show, even if it wasn't the employee's fault. There's no communication on their side to their employees. Once you sign on board, employees take absolute responsibility of everyone, even for the offices mistakes, but office don't take up for employees mistakes. Main offices have lienances towards each other, but not to CNAs nope. They say they care, but don't communicate with them if there was an issue, what happened, no proper civilized acts. If there was a no call no show, and it's a new hire, they don't care what may have caused it, even when the person showed absolute promise. Personal opinion, if they don't lienancies to CNA employees, I should the same acts be towards the offices. Not a company I would trust fully.

Our experience with Care Advantage has been deeply disappointing. From the start, we had concerns with the quality and judgment of certain aides. One used a plastic hot pot on the stove to make tea, setting off the fire alarm; another left my grandmother home alone with the apartment unlocked because she clocked in early and therefore left before the expected end time without telling anyone. Scheduling and communication were unreliable. Aides canceled shifts the morning of, and when we requested through the app not to fill one of those shifts (since we had already made other arrangements), Care Advantage sent someone anyway and even changed the shift time without any communication. That aide showed up at our door an hour after the original start time and refused to leave. We were billed for that visit. Billing practices added frustration. Many aides arrived early (often due to ridesharing), clocked in early, and left early. Meanwhile, if they worked even 3 minutes beyond the four-hour shift that they clocked in early for, we were charged for 4.25 hours—something we saw repeatedly. Instead of providing relief, this agency created additional stress. The constant turnover of aides meant 15 minutes of re-explaining everything at nearly every visit instead of using the time for respite, and the overall approach felt more focused on filling shifts and billing hours than on delivering reliable care. We have since discontinued services and cannot recommend this agency. Leaving two stars only for the handful of excellent aides we met at the very beginning—unfortunately, they were never scheduled with us again.

My brother has come to this service in an emergency situation. I have dealt with a myriad of people. Every single person has been so patient, kind and so very helpful. The networking this agency has to get everything in place is impressive. I have only met two caregivers so far but they present themselves well and are attentive to my brother. I think you'll be very pleased with Care Advantage!

We are greatly pleased with our experience with All About Care!!! You guys are one of the best. My grandfather's care over the last 2 1/2 yrs has been great. Nurses Sallie, Nikki, and Allana WOW... the physical therapist Emily, EXCELLENT and the home health care worker Denise [the patient whisperer], just WONDERFUL and Debra the occupational therapist, fantastic. The level of care and commitment to the health and well-being of our grandfather and the knowledge and range of care that you brought, thank you!!

Care Advantage provided light housekeeping and laundry services for my mother-in-law whose mobility is severely limited. They tried to send the same caregiver each time, and my MIL enjoyed their company and bonded with some of them. There were a few she had issues with, and Care Advantage was quick to make a satisfactory change. She has made some healthcare choices that preclude us from continuing with Care Advantage, but we'll be sure to use them in the future if anything changes. I highly recommend their services.
