DR. LAURA POTTER REVIEW. Very knowledgeable, professional, attentive to all details of my symptoms , discussed treatments and home care after the visit, very personable, and treated me with the utmost respect. I strongly recommend Dr. Potter as a caregiver and a medical friend.

This review is for DR. Laura Potter she saw my daughter and myself and was very dismissive of any information i was trying to give on her symptoms. We were so rushed i felt that we were intruding on our appointments. I pay for our healthcare and our insurance and expect my childs healthcare to be taken a little more seriously by a professional.

I recently had a distressing experience at Ultra Health that has left me utterly disappointed and questioning the integrity of their medical services. Despite being a loyal customer with a prior bill that was not even overdue, I was shockingly refused medical assistance when I needed it the most. The situation arose when I found my daughter was in need of urgent medical attention, having previously sought care at Ultra Health. However, my distress was exacerbated when I was turned away at the door, all because of a bill that was already on record – a bill that wasn't even overdue. I understand the importance of managing financial matters responsibly, but the callous and heartless nature of the refusal was deeply disconcerting. It is alarming that Ultra Health prioritizes financial considerations over the well-being of their patients, especially for someone who had consistently been a responsible customer. The lack of empathy displayed by Ultra Health's staff during this ordeal was particularly distressing. Instead of understanding the urgency of the situation and providing the necessary medical assistance, I was met with indifference and a blatant disregard for my daughter's well-being. It is a sad reflection of the values and priorities of this medical facility. Furthermore, the refusal to offer medical assistance contradicts the fundamental principles that should govern any healthcare institution – putting patient care first. The incident not only left me in physical distress but also shattered my confidence in Ultra Health's commitment to the well-being of their patrons. I strongly advise anyone considering seeking medical care at Ultra Health to think twice. If a loyal customer with a responsible payment history can be turned away in a time of need, it raises serious concerns about the ethical standards and compassion of this establishment. In moments when compassion and care are most crucial, Ultra Health failed miserably. While acknowledging that a medical facility is privately owned and operates independently, it is imperative to emphasize that it should not possess the discretion to selectively accept or reject emergencies that present themselves at its doors. Regardless of private ownership, the ethical responsibility of any medical institution extends to providing timely and unbiased care to all individuals in need of emergency medical attention. The principle of equal access to emergency services should supersede any private ownership rights, ensuring that medical facilities prioritize the well-being of individuals in urgent need, without discrimination or selective decision-making.

Terrible service, constantly left on hold. No appts available in a timely manner, doctor unavailable & cancels. Office staff rude gets upset over mistakes & clerical errors that they have made consistently. Doesn’t even bother to look into my file to see what the issue is, would rather prolong the process by “calling me back”. They have too many patients & not enough staff. This place is a joke, waste of my time and money!

Mark is amazing and great. My son (8months) was sick for 3 weeks going back and forth between his primary dr and another urgent care and they kept saying it was allergies. As soon as I walked into ultra health they knew something wasn’t right with my baby and 10 minutes later he tested positive for RSV. thank god for Mark!
