They are using my social security debit card to make fraudulent $219 purchases from their office. I never should have trusted the Arlington County representative with my card number nor should I have let their obnoxious housekeeper into my house. Now I have to wait for a new card, I’m a terminal cancer patient, these people are unprofessional and really down right evil to try to commit credit card fraud on a cancer patient. Do not trust this company! I will never deal with them again, I suggest others stay away.

First off, my rating is not based on care. Every nurse that I have had the pleasure of discussing the status of my mom's care has been wonderful. The nurses have even gone beyond what I would expect for care, and I am grateful for that. The poor rating is due to the finance wing of The Medical Team. In the two years my mother has been in a facility where The Medical Team has been the caregivers, I have had to reach out them FOUR TIMES to receive a simple invoice on a monthly basis. You'd think this would be one of the most basic and easy tasks for a finance department. Clearly, it is difficult for them.

Am here on Google Reviews to share my experience with The Medical Team in the summer of 2020. In a time when stress and fear were at an all-time high throughout the world, the 1 thing that remained stable and peaceful was our family's relationship with The Medical Team. We hired them in July of 2020 to provide home health care for my mother as we needed support for her care after she was released from a rehab facility. It was the best decision we ever made. We completed their interview process and within a few days we had a nurse, a physical therapist and an occupational therapist scheduled to work with my mother. Because of their gentle, compassionate and professional care, my mother and her health were transformed within 8 weeks of them arriving to support us. She was back to herself and in much better health in body, mind and spirit as a result of their care. If you are looking to partner with an agency to help support you with the care of your loved one, make the call to The Medical Team. The family member who needs care and support will receive it. Believe me, you too will say it was the best call and decision you ever made!!! High praise and much gratitude to all of you at The Medical Team.
