I have had major surgery. I have to use certain supplies and this agency cannot seem to order the correct item. Told they only use one supplier and told I could buy myself on Amazon. That is not how to help a client.

Our PT. Gwen, David , Sarah, Mark...all have been outstanding for my mom. They just make you feel so comfortable. My mom adores them all. They are amazing and I hope that they're all recognized for how wonderful they are and not only in the skills but as a person. Just an amazing amazing rarity these days. sad to know this will be the last day and we will definitely miss everyone but they've been fantastic. Thank you to All of the staff that we have encountered have been amazing Gwen,David amazing! Sarah, amazing Mark! Amazing! I just don't have enough words. They're just all absolutely amazing. When you feel so blessed to have been able to have them during this healing process for my mom. Had to add on Whitney, the nurse who came in today to assess some sores on my mom. Another wonderful person . I highly recommend this outstanding team !

Unresponsive, CenterWell accepted the referral for my mother from her rehab. facility then nothing. My understanding is they are required to respond within 48 hours. I called them after 72 hours and was told they would call back. They did not. I called back the next day and was told they were waiting for my mother’s PCP to respond and most likely, with the holidays approaching, they wouldn’t be able to see her for over a week. I have no idea which of what I was told is correct but they know their staffing. Why accept a referral if you know you’re unable to provide the service? (Update) The number in the reply below tells you to call your local office if you are a patient which basically puts me back where I started.

So far I’ve had a good experience with this company once we finally connected. I was upset because they were contacted before I was discharged from the hospital. They confirmed that someone would be coming out immediately only that didn’t happen! They need to improve on communicating schedules being confirmed when patients are going home expecting someone to be coming there the next day or two and no one shows up! I’ve had a really good experiences with PT/OT thus far and I’m improving daily! Centerwell has very kind, caring people taking care of me for that I’m truly thankful! Ali has been working with me for 3 weeks now. He has been wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and to explain everything to me to be sure I knew the correct way to proceed with my recovery. Also very important, was the fact that he made sure I knew what NOT to do so I would not injure myself. My safety is very important to him. He is punctual and always has a positive attitude and makes me feel good about my progress and future recovery. I feel very fortunate to have Ali as my physical therapist.
