Vanessa Williams

Nurse Rhizza Dela Cruz has been a blessing, she showed true genuine love for me during the most difficult time in my life. She soothed not only my fistulas but also my soul. She listens and then shows her love. I will miss her but I'll keep in touch. Nurse Ren Perez was my first connection with Caregivers. I felt at ease with her and I knew I was in good hands when from her first visit. She has always responded when I contacted her with questions. She too soothed my soul. She is kind and loving. Nurse Paquita is a mild spirited person and very gentle. She filled in for Rhizza a few times and she is one I will also stay in touch with. I hope I will not be in need of their services again but if I do I gladly welcome them. I put my trust in my Heavenly Father Jehovah God to comfort me but he has used these three women to touch me physically and to bring me comfort. Caregivers continue to employ ones such as these and we will all be ever grateful.

Parisa is a highly dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist. Her professionalism, patience, and positive energy make working with her a truly positive experience. She carefully listens to the patient’s needs, personalizes the treatment plan, and consistently follows up to support real progress. Her presence is reassuring, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her work. We are truly grateful for her support and commitment.

Caregivers Home Health Services has been an excellent partner to work with. Romeo, Rochelle, Minette, and Sona are the primary providers who come to Vie Village, and they have done an amazing job supporting our residents with professionalism, compassion, and consistency. They collaborate closely with our team, communicate clearly, and truly operate as an extension of our care staff. I want to say “Thanks” to Fred and Chris (of Caregivers) for excellent care and service during my Physical Therapy after hip surgery. They were supportive and kept me informed all along the way. Each session was thorough and added more movements and exercises to get my body back to normal and functional body movements. Yes, sometimes it hurt, but it was all worth it. Thanks again for helping me on my healing path.

We have been using Caregivers for my Mom for almost 7 years now. We have always been happy with all of the caregivers that have taken care of Mom until the care that we received about a month ago. The PT, Ashley, didn't listen to what would be safe for Mom. This was concerning. However, the OT Jessica has helped Mom over many years and she is Amazing! We need therapy for Mom, again and decided to continue with Caregivers as we have been happy with everyone except the one. I have called Caregivers on different numbers and have left no fewer than 7 messages and to date no one has returned my call. Guess it is time to move on. Very Disappointing!
