Nurse Emma and Physical Therapist Colin are amazing. They helped me with my transition from hospital to home after CABG surgery. I was very disabled for the first two weeks. However, the office did not send Occupational Therapy or an aide to assist me with personal care in a timely manner. No one called or scheduled the OT or the aide during the first 2 weeks of being home from hospital. Finally told Colin to cancel OT and Aide as their services were no longer needed. I desperately needed their help when I was first home not 2 weeks later. This was a scheduling issue with the office not following through. The services I did receive were excellent.

Virginia Homecare Services' Zainab Kamara is a SUPER STAR. She is my mother's caregiver and I want to take the opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to Virginia Homecare Services, Inc. for our exceptionally amazing caregiver, and their kind and reliable staffs, A.J and Humana for their excellent costumer services. It has been more than 12 years that my parents have received Homecare from VHCS, and I cannot even imagine going through their plethora of health problems without VHCS. Inc. helps and supports. Having said that, Zainab is an exception who goes above and beyond of any expectation. As a result, I am writing this review to highlight Zainab's caregiving quality. She is an extraordinary human, with an innate talent of caring for others, characterized by qualities high empathy, patience, observance and a strong sense of compassion. She truly cares about my mother and wants the best for her.

I wouldn’t Recommend using this company let’s start the aids barley speak English they are rude as ever !! The aid Eric left my brother in the house for 5 hours the other day I couldn’t go to work Because he was at the MVA on the clock !!! How are you getting paid? When you left him here? The other aid Mustafa doesn’t cook didn’t do anything but be on the phone for hours with a nasty attitude acting like he was going to kick my dog while he was here . Very unprofessional. Another AID they sent today was an older lady today she made up an excuse and left. NEVER AGAIN this is very unfortunate Please pick better people to work with sickly people.
