I am highly upset with this company, for you to be "Best and Dependable". This company is letting their Best worker go all over because they want to be cheap and not give her a raise. This lady show up on time to care for my Mother, now I don't know who will be Dependable to work with my Mother. Get it together and stop being selfish, drop your pride and keep your good loyal employees. This company has a high turnover and I see why because you don't want to give your employees the wages they deserve after years of being loyal to the company. If you are not going to keep your Best then drop it from the company name and on top of that it definitely isn't Dependable, it's only Dependable when the worker you let go shows up every time and is super professional.
