I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the treatment I received during my recovery from knee surgery!! Samantha was simply awesome, she was very professional while being very personable and kind!! She did a tremendous job helping me to recover from my surgery! While being very understanding she also knew how to push me to work my knee. I can't totally & correctly express my appreciation for her efforts, she cares about her profession and the people she treat as if they are family!! I also wanted to express that Beth her supervisor was also very professional and sympathetic to my needs as well!! I have used Encompass Home Health Care in the past years for my elderly parents. This past Fall I chose them again for my father. Management has changed because there is a lack of communication in most areas except for occupational therapy. I had stopped all services mid December. I spoke to the director and told him of my issues continued even after he said he took care of them before. I told him at that time I was Ted nothing to do with them going forward nor would I be an advocate for that company that I used to believe in the past. What happens today? Encompass calls to follow up on his discharge and I had to tell her I stopped services and I didn’t want to be contacted. Yet another poor communication within Encompass. Get your act together...learn to communicate and address and correct issues that are presented to the staff and director.

If you’re looking for home health care , The Encompass team is Wonderful. They cared for someone dear to me and they’re the most compassionate, caring people I’ve ever dealt with. The whole team really seem to care and that touched my heart. They tried and did everything they could to help her. I wished we had them sooner so waste no time looking around, they are Truly Angels. They were always on time and communicated with you and with their team members about everything that’s going on even down to the smallest detail.

03/17/2017 I am a 71 year old female that had knee replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. I must state that I am more than pleased with the service, knowledge, efficiency, and friendliness that was brought to me through all the Emcompass employees that came to my home. Special Mention for my Therapist David. Not only was he knowledgeable concerning my specific needs in exercise to bring me to the point of correct bend of knee for my best functionality but he was also very personable, so I enjoyed his company and conversations. He always was aware of my safety and pain level to make therapy as comfortable as possible while achieving the results needed. A Special Commendation to him (David). Anyone needing therapy should consider Encompass Home Health. I feel you will be compĺetely satisfied.
