After witnessing the amount of double talk and underhanded back door deals made between my mother-in-law and the “Group home” that Brenda recommended I would advise anyone looking at this company to steer clear of them. They promised the world, with nurse visits weekly, meals provided, changing assistance and constant supervision, none of which the home provided. Every service or courtesy to assist my Aunt’s care came with another huge fee. Brenda continued to defend the home stating that it was the best place around, despite our almost daily visits showing to the contrary. If I had to guess, I would imagine that FNI ( or at least Brenda) was receiving a kick back from the “Group home” owner. I say this because there was no one at the home certified even as a CNA or LPN/RN or nurse of any sort as stated. Also, each time a new fee was requested, Brenda would stand behind the owner of the “group home” stating that it was not included in the original agreement (despite those services being outlined in the contract). In no way did she advocate for our loved one or her well-being. Please don’t be fooled by the pretty words and smiles, this ended up feeling like a bad used car deal.
