Our nurse Kristi Lynch was thoughtful and caring from day 1. She always helped keep my mother comfortable but my father and I as well. She almost became family and was there anytime we needed her. DeeDee who was her personal care nurse that bathed and kept her looking good was also great and caring as well. I would and will hire them again if needed in the future. They are the best!!

We really appreciated the care my mother in law received thru At Heart hospice. The hospice nurse, Kristi, is a very genuine, caring person. Kristi’s medical professionalism paired with her ability to gently communicate with my mother in law helped my mother in law accept and receive the care, new meds and new equipment she needed in a way that the family had been previously unsuccessful. Kristi also worked diligently calling many local pharmacies until she found a much needed prescription in stock. Kristi always spent time with the family at each visit answering our questions addressing any concerns we had and seeing that my mother in law had all the supplies she needed. We also really appreciated how the At Heart Hospice Chaplain has consistently reached out to check on us since my Mother in law’s passing. We definitely recommend At Heart Hospice. Finding At-Heart was such a blessing for my Momma!!! Amy, Jen and the entire team have been absolutely awesome during this hard time. Words cannot express my gratitude for all they have done. For the first time in months my Momma is resting comfortably and to say that the team at Shelia's Place is doing an incredible job would be such an understatement. They have gone above and beyond all my hopes and expectations. I actually felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders when I simply walked through their front door. It was then I knew Momma was at the right place. I would highly recommend At- Heart and Shelia's place!!!
