Although we only needed the services of their hospice team for three days, those three days were absolutely exceptional. The staff were all very professional, extremely knowledgeable and informative, and demonstrated the utmost care and concern when working with our ill mother. They made everything so easy, from the moment we began working with Elizabeth to coordinate medical equipment and the beginning of services, to the admissions process with Ashley, through the visits of Heather, Laurie, and Marguerite with the nursing and aide staffs. They equipped us to care for our Mom with dignity and compassion, and ensured we felt confident in our ability to do so. No one ever wants to be in this position, but if you find yourself needing to work with a hospice agency - I wholeheartedly encourage you to entrust your loved one's care with this amazing group.
