I don't even know where to begin, but I would only give half-star if I could. Worst experience our family had with Riverside Hospice. The comfort care pack wasn't ready until 3 days after my grandpa was admitted. The Morphine was called in wrong. The nurse named "Jennifer" walked out of our house while my family was trying to ask her questions. She later came out to bring more meds and sat and watched TV. Didn't assess my grandpa then on her way our said looks like he's in great hands and she wanted to move in. What kind of a nurse says that to a family. I've been a nurse for 22 years, have done hospice and I wouldn't recommend them at all. Of course he was in good hands I was doing Riverside's job. Meg (Nurse) was exceptional and the social worker as well.
