Horrible services. One discipline such as physical therapy is not aware of other therapies. There is no interdisciplinary coordination between disciplines. A different nurse is sent at most visits when one nurse familiar with the patient and their particular situation would be more appropriate. My pulse was consistently elevated at one point and they did notify my PCP, but made no attempt to follow up when my PCP did not respond back. This is the utmost in poor nursing. And I say that as a Retired RN myself They call late in the evening to tell you they are coming the next day. Many times after you may be asleep rather than during normal business hours. They should set up a regular day and time for visits so everyone can plan other activities around that appointment time. Was told over a week ago that they would be calling me to set up times for nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy and have yet to hear anything from them. I need to learn to be able to walk appropriately with a cane and or walker and have not received any call as I said. They are completely unfamiliar with my particular illness and don’t even take the time to look it up and learn what I am dealing with. I even have a letter from my insurance company that states they are to provide services to me from 8/07/2025 to 10/05/2025. These services are to include skilled nursings services, services provided by a qualified physical therapist and services provided by a qualified occupational therapist. The date of that letter is 08/08/2025 I would not recommend them to care for a snake and I am deadly afraid of snakes If you want quality of care I recommend looking elsewhere.

If I could provide them with a zero star I would!!!! Stay away because they will accept the patient after reviewing the medical history and then leave you half way stating you are too complex to care for. They admitted mom and joined her home health care team and knew about all of her health conditions! We got an initial visit with their nurse and two days after that mom had to go in to ER. Her nurse called us to schedule her visit for the week and we told her that she had to come in to the ER that we could arrange for it as soon as we have a discharge date. We were very that we had services in place and were going to get her first regular visit at home. Now 2 days later we are getting discharged but are being told by our case manager that Pathwell won’t be able to assist mom. I called and the lady that has made this decision tells me we won’t be able to provide services to your mom because she is a complex patient. Well you knew she was a complex patient before you admitted her! You did state that you could do all of the things she requires at home to get her signed up so happily and now you want to leave the patient and her family halfway on the road with the burden! Not a professional, compassionate and caring way to perform business at all!

Hillside Hospice is a wonderful organization that provided exceptional care for my husband. They are a very experienced and professional organization supporting both my husband and my family. Kelly and Tanzi were his pallative care nurses and through their expert nursing care his wounds were improving. They ordered oxygen for him that was provided within hours of their request. Tanzi was with us as needed during his final days ensuring that he was comfortable and answering any questions that we may have had. Their Chaplain, Jules, gave my husband, my children and I the spiritual guidance that was extremely comforting at this very difficult time. My family and I want to extend a heartfelt Thank You to the Hillside Hospice team.

There are not enough good things i can say about Hillside Hospice! Our families experience with Hillside Hospice was one we will remember for the rest of our lives. Tanzi took care of our father from the the first day until his last and beyond that. She was always one call away, she would come in the middle of the night just to make sure our father was comfortable at all times. Hillside Hospice was a great support in time of need. Our father was put on at home hospice care and Hillside Hospice team was exceptionally amazing. It was so warm to see how our dad had developed a comfortable rapport with the Hillside staff during the first meeting. Hillside Hospice team was highly professional, compassionate, caring, gentle and very supportive. They understood the needs of the patient and as well as the family. They took time to explain all the steps and details the family needed to know. The staff would come on regular basis to do the checkups and monitor medications. They were only a call/text away and were always available when in need. The staff member was present at the time when our dad passed away and handled things very well. And afterwards they even reached out to checkup on how the family was doing and provided the support that was needed, which meant a lot to us. Thank You Hillside Hospice team for all your support.
