Very grateful to have had this company. My son had plateaued before we started with trinity. My autistic son can narrate information, which l was trying hard for him to do. Am happy with my therapist and the job is doing. They use good communication skills and grate materials.

Stay away from this place! They are very shady. We loved the supervisor who directly worked with our daughter as a technician, but besides her everyone was terrible. The front office lady Tammy would tell me what I wanted to hear, and never, ever deliver. They seem to lack the most basic business management skills and I want to warn others. If they say they don’t have a wait list… don’t believe them. If they say they have techs available… don’t believe them. Over a span of 2 months I asked weekly (documented) for some sort of statement of our services received— basically any sort of paper trail of our insurance coverage and their records. Every time I was assured it was coming, and at the point of today, 7 months later, I have still never received it. They are shady and I would not trust them with your business. Whoever runs this company is just out to make money off our special loved ones without a care for being ethical.

Hello, let me tell you about this horrible company that you should STAY AWAY from. Seriously, if zero stars were an option, that's what I would rate them. The people there are professional liars, especially Tammy. She'll promise you the world and tell you what you want to hear, but when it comes down to it, she never delivers. And don't even get me started on Aleem. He's so rude and doesn't know how to talk to ladies. My poor child suffered so much because of this company. She started hurting herself, became super anxious, and was just whiney all the time. And the therapists they provided us with? Let's just say they were very inexperienced. Ugh, I can't even think about this company without feeling extreme pessimism. Trust me, they are not worth your time or money. I canceled with them and I feel so much better now. Parents, listen up! This company will give you mental anxiety. I'm not even kidding. Tammy told me there was no wait list for my child and that they could start therapy right away. But guess what? I had to wait a whole freaking month before my kid even saw a therapist. Can you believe that? Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay far far away from this company.

Ieesha Rouse coordinated her care and made so much easy for my family to trust my grandmother is in great hands. Great communication, very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond.

This company after leaving another company is a blessing from God! The owner is a very caring person that cares about her staff and clients. You couldn’t get any better than that . The staff are very professional especially one names Michael and One they call Keke! They are very professional and very good workers. If you need an company please do not hesitate choose wisely and choose Trinity! You will not be disappointed! I know I am not! When the clients run out of supplies the own comes out of her own wallet and gets the supplies for her clients. She is easy to talk too when her clients and client family are down due to stress she will encourage you with her sweet words and her calm spirit! Very spiritual lady!
