Bayada is awesome! My mother has dementia. When she could no longer live alone, we entered into the world of independent living, assisted living, and finally memory care. Four and half years and three different facilities, I was finally fed up with having to fight the systems. So, I brought Mom home. I was so used to fighting with staff at different places to make sure my mother had the care I expected, and she deserved. I was shocked when Bayada actually provided assistance instead of resistance. Not only are the staff members caring, professional, and friendly. They seem to work hard at making sure they provide a proper fit for you, and your loved ones. They are able to breakdown what are your needs. And they put things in motion to allow you to care for your loved one the best way possible. I had never been in this situation before and I was guessing as to what was best for my Mom. The Bayada staff taught me better ways to walk and exercise with her. Also, they gave me to peace of mind to allow me the ability to go and do what I need to in order to take care of myself. I can not recommend Bayada Assistive Care enough. The entire staff have just been wonderful. Thank you Bayada. I could not be doing what I'm doing without you all.

The team at Bayada was wonderful, in all respects. They were contacted on short notice and under difficult circumstances were excellent at carefully handpicking the right people for our situation. Lori, Nick and Jason were 'top-shelf' professional at all times, being sensitive to our needs and ensuring my Father received the best care possible. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service provided, and even more importantly, I got the real sense they genuinely cared and wanted the best for Dad. ABSOLUTELY the very best of the best home care companies. Our caregivers for my 88 yr old mama are above the best. I feel completely comfortable leaving home and knowing in my heart, my mama is well cared for. The staff in the office are also amazing. They are kind, honest and truly, not only hear what you need or want, but listen to what you want and need.
