My name is Zee Maynard. I helped a friend find nursing care for her elderly mother. I referred her to Ideal Nursing Services, Inc. (INS). She called me and told me about the reviews, which I could believe. Therefore, I decided to write a review for them because what has been said is not who they are. My mom has been an INS client since 2015 because she needs a lot of care to manage her illness. Since I don’t live with my her, so I depend on the staff to ensure that her mental and physical health needs are being met. The staff and most of the caregivers are very caring. This is especially true of those who have been there for many years and have personally cared for my mom. I would recognize a few individuals who have stood out and deserve some extra attention. Ruta, who was my mom's first caregiver from 2015 - 2022). She was one of the most caring people that I have ever met! She was a hard worker, professional who was always on time, even on snowy days. Unfortunately, we lost Ruta when my mom was admitted to the hospital for more than three months and Ruta was assigned to another client. Messy (2022 - 2023), was an exceptional caregiver who went above and beyond to care for my mother. At the end of her shift, she would provide me with a report on my mother’s condition and her daily routine. Unfortunately, we lost Messy when her mom became ill and she had to leave to care for her. Emmo (2023 - Present), is an excellent caregiver!! She is very attentive to my mom’s needs and her well-being. She reminds my sister to give my mom her medicine and makes sure she eats breakfast and lunch is on time. She keeps my mom clean and cleans the bathroom and living room area. Asther (2023 - Present) is an extremely excellent caregiver!! I am at peace when she comes in the afternoon. She not only takes good care of my mom, makes sure the house is clean, and ensures we have the necessary supplies and food in the house. She is also always on time. Asther is very pleasant person and is a beautiful person inside and outside. Martina (2024 - Present) is an extremely excellent caregiver!! She is highly professional and has excellent communication skills. She always has a smile on her face😊 Sarah (2025 – Present) is an excellent person and caregiver…..according to my sister😊. I haven’t met because she works the Midnight – 8:00 am shift on weekends. Celeste (2025 - Present) is an excellent caregiver!! Sherly (2025 - Present) is an excellent caregiver!! We are fortunate to have these women in our home, caring for our mother. They communicate well with the whole family. I am going to mention other people, and I hope I don’t leave anyone out who deserves recognition: Abdilm (Ana), Abubeker, Afirasa, Bethlehem, Bisket, Frei, Keria, Mulu, Sity, Cita, Lula, Vivian, Bernadette and Margaret. Thank you for your service! Ms. Williams has a beautiful, pleasant voice. She always calls me to let me know when a staff member will be out and who their replacement is. It’s not easy to find replacements on weekends and holidays but Ms. Williams works so hard and does so with passion. Thank You! Ms. Patricia does her best to help me to solve a problem. Thank you for your hard work and for making things easier for us. I love you guys! Ms. Lenora is so sweet. She listens carefully when I call with questions. When she doesn’t know the answer, she sweetly says, “Let me check with Ms. Patricia, and I’ll will get back to you.” She usually calls me back in less than an hour.! Ms. Guerlyne, the nurse, is so dedicated and enthusiastic about her field that her passion is contagious. She is an amazing person with a clear purpose. Thank God for her...her passion is an exceptional gift. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE😊😊!!. X. Maynard

Horrible company. The aides just sit on their phones and talk all day, they call out from work not through the agency but through your parent so that they can steal time and make your sick/elderly parent find coverage for the day, and they are extremely rude. Do not place this burden onto your loved ones. They do not care about the patient, they only care about that time sheet that needs to be signed at the end of the week so that they can get paid. Do not go through this agency for assistance for your loved ones. It will be a nightmare. Ms. Williams tries to do her best to help but her aides, are the worse employees in HISTORY that I have encountered. The aides, have this sense of entitlement as if the patient has to serve them and their needs, instead of them serving the patient. They go in late, and leave early, leaving your loved ones alone. You ask them to do something for the patient only to find out it hasn’t been done. Just please do NOT use this agency for your loved ones. The aides for this company are SICK and I do not understand why they have been in business for this long.
