A worker driving a Capital Care van almost ran me and my kids off the road. He sped around us and then tried to block me. While next to us he was laughing and making weird gestures at us. Then he started honking violently at the car in front of him. Next time he may hit someone.

Please don't send your family to this company. They are very unprofessional and unfit. My nephew is a client of DDS in the care of this place. I been asking for assistance and meeting for months.. They House Manager has been aware of complaints and also DDS Case Worker is aware also. The house has bugs in the oven. They have no phone service or TV signal for the client. The house needs lights. We ask for lights to be changed over a month now. They do no activities. They made a schedule just for show. My nephew did not pick any of the activities.They leave for in the refrigerator to mold. My nephew keeps stating his issues. He being ignored so he walks to my house and vent and complain. I ask for meetings for months. I finally get the owner Paul who sends someone else who supposed to be management. I call her Mrs. Jordan and she was supposed to mediating the problem but she doesn't care either. She ask me why did we get her envole. Paul got you envole because he's not professional enough to meet with a client who has Complaints. I explained my nephew issues and complaints and was still told it was a lie. The House Manager Olivia keeps stating myself and the client are liars. That's very unprofessional when it's facts. The staff is falling asleep on the job. They are not helping mentally challenged people with their hygiene and assistance with cooking. I have cleaned house and nephew room. My nephew was a big guy. Because he doesn't know how to cook. They barely will help. He has lost alot of weight. I ask for cooking lessons for him and more. He's been asking for American staff or cook before he changed places. I ask for assistance about Olivia and the staff and your company keeps forcing me to deal with someone me or my nephew trust because of the lied. I will be contacting DCRA, Health Department and I already reached out to CPS Adults. The company just getting paid and neglecting the real issues. There staff is not attempting to assist. They start talking French and make the client uncomfortable and frustrated. I have alot more to say but this little box is driving me crazy. Next will be Fox5 on your side. I hate when an Adult lie. I don't trust your company with my nephew. Olivia already tried to say he threatening her. She shouldn't even be around him anymore period. We not comfortable with lying unprofessional Adults. DON'T SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks

Worst company there is. The funny part is, house managers thinking they are super human. When you text her about your concerns she never replies but when she needs a favor from you, she will blow up your phone at anytime of the day/night. If you clock in 1min late they cut the 1min from your time but will not give it to the person waiting for you.
