After reviewing the info of Mr. Voice over, Kris my God deal with people like this Agency. You darn people should be closed down. Who in there'll right mind will accuse a disable person or an Elderly person. I was with this agency for about 6 months. Initially, the care and communication was exceptional. As time went on though, my aide and I had a difference of opinion about whether or not she was truthful with me about a chain of events. Meanwhile, I thought nothing of the matter and assumed it would eventually blow over. Not only did that not happen; but as a result of our disagreement, she falsely accused me of sexual suggestive behaviors toward her. At which time, the agency conducted a three-day "investigation" during which they never spoke with me, nor anyone who could vouch for my character. Afterward they decided that their "investigation" yielded inconclusive results. The department of health subsequently determined that because of the nature of her accusations, that I could no longer have neither of my PCAs. They turned my life upside down, and never even did a thorough inspection of the facts. Adding insult to injury, one can surmise that the aforementioned aide is still employed by them. I say join this agency at your own risk, keep to yourself and protect your integrity. This agency is very lackadaisical with regard to the character and integrity of the individuals they choose to hire. If you can help it, look elsewhere.
