Poor management, employees are not paid in a timely fashion. Additionally and are partially paid and are provided nonsensical excuses to clinical staff. This is the most unprofessional medicare/medicaid agency. They should be investigated by OIG office as the owner is tied to DCHCF.

This place is so unprofessional. The management talks about the staff to the patient family. Not to many nurses are capable of dealing with their patients because they are to busy talking on the phone or sleep. My mom managed to get out side by herself with a nurse and health aide and couldn’t get her back in the house. A lot of nurses and home health aids rather be doing homework then the things they need to do . Ms Cynthia and Denise in the office is the worst. They think they have more control over your family than you. And soon as you stand up it becomes a problem. If you go with this company be prepared to not be able to work or miss a lot of money because their staff ain’t capable of to handle. my mom did find 2 good nurses and 1 good aide. If you do go with this agency make sure you have cameras put up. Cause they will leave your love one wet and make sure they have time cards for you to sign causes they lie about their times. And the home health aide lie about what they do on their check list

Very poor performance and disrespectful Personal Aides and they are impolite manner to disability patients… Don’t chose this home health service please and I don’t want disabled people suffering….. don’t want they take advantage of disabled people who need help…

I believe they commit Insurance Fraud! I had to report them to my insurance company, because I didn't recieve any services from them that my insurance was to cover. All I ever received from this company was the binder. I called and left voicemails and never got a call back! Yup, something fishy is up....so I called my insurance company

This has to be the worse company I've ever heard of or dealt with. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. It's been 4 to 5 months and nothing. Va needs to deal with better companies to serve the men who served our country.
