I recently worked with an incredible Human Touch Home Health Agency (Silver Spring) physical therapist, Alesea, who truly goes above and beyond in her role as an inherent leader. Her warm disposition, expertise, compassion, intuitive ability, and dedication to her work are truly inspiring. She is a natural coach, especially through my physically challenging movements. Alesea not only provided exceptional care, but also took the time to educate and empower me to take control of my health following a total knee replacement. She was outstanding in gently guiding me forward, and helped me with establishing reasonable goals ahead. Her leadership and passion for her work are evident in the outstanding service she provides, and I'm so grateful to have had Alesea on my care team. Five stars and beyond!

This has got to be the most pleasurable experience I've had in a very long time, with a business and their front line employment staff. Ms. Cathy, Ms. Pauline... Give them pay increases. I love them and their professionalism is unmatched. They are useful but please don't over use them. They are a heart beat of this organization that can easily be over looked.

I called this company to see if I wanted to use the because am going home from rehab and need someone there with me for doc appointment, therapy and light house keeping etc and the person who answered the phone was very confrontational didn’t listen and was very Unprofessional and not empathetic, I would not use this company at all. I hung up on her. She just was very argumentative.

Believe the reviews. My dad was assigned this agency and disliked the inconsistent services he received. It's true, the level of the lack of communication is unacceptable. To be fair, there were three that were fairly reliable in showing up but were always in a hurry to get somewhere else. Which drain has the runoff of compassion, courtesy & care? Please, do your research and don't even consider Human Touch for quality care. Peace of mind is the glue that holds us together during these times...it's not here.
