This business is terrible. The LAZIEST aids I've ever met. The company has the worst response time. Aid will come in and go to sleep. I tried to give half a star, but it wouldn't let me. This company needs to be investigated for its poor performance. Oh, did I mention lazy? Because that's the best word to describe this company.

If you like administration lying on you or your assigned aides, this is the place for you. If you like late, unprofessional, lazy, and underhanded aides, this is the place for you. If you like not being able to reach people when you truly need them, this is the place for you. If you want aides to leave you naked in the middle of your room floor stranded in your wheelchair and EMT having to put you back in bed, this is the perfect place for you to receive care. Everybody changes stories and aren’t trust worthy. No pca better than the next !!!!

I am old as dirt. Lifeline and thier staff have given me a better life as I age and continue to fall apart. Thier staff, my aide, whom I have had for over 2½ Yrs are the BEST! As a matter of fact, they are the highest quality. God is the author and finisher of this group. They do thier best for everyone they serve. We are all human and we all make mistakes, but that us our "human condition". They work very hard for all concerned; personnel, patients, people looking for a job in an environment to grow. I am grateful to God for putting myself and Lifeline Inc. together .

I pressed the button by mistake at 3:10 pm Sunday afternoon. The answer came at 3:15. If it had been an emergency, that would have been a long time to wait. I told this to the lady. She did not answer me then and never did answer.

If i could give no stars then I would. This place is despicable, non professional and rude. They screen calls and answer when they want to. You leave voicemails for people to call back especially on important matters and just know you will be still waiting for that call. They send you nurses that show up when they want to. And everytime you get a new nurse you have to keep going to your doctors office to get a plan of care signed all over again. The company is not reliable, bad pay for employees. The company falls through on things they need to do. Also had to call medicaid fraud on them a couple times as well. Please stay far from this place.
