If I could give a negative 0 I would I’ve had this company since Tuesday and there no communication at all the supervisor doesn’t answer or respond back to text or emails. The nurse supposed too be here at 6:30pm and doesn’t show up til 9pm and always have an excuse when she do. Every night since day one there has been a problem. I wouldn’t refer my enemy to this company they are not responsible or reliable at all

UPDATE: i got a personal call from the head admin and she was very kind in addressing my issues. hopefully the resolution sticks. - the home nurses are ALWAYS late and ready with an excuse, some have slept on the job during a day shift and taken personal calls during working hours. this makes it hard to trust in the quality of care being given to my child. - scheduler and home nurses have sub-par communication. im a working, single mom and i’ve been without nursing support several times for my 21month old son who has stage 5 CKD. this happens when one of the regular nurses takes time off. i know that there is a shortage of nurses but they don’t communicate early enough for me to change my work schedule. today i was told at 6:24pm that a nurse was “not confirmed at this point” for getting a back up tomorrow morning at 9:00am. you have to be proactive with this company otherwise you will have an extremely frustrating experience. this is a very stressful and emotionally exhausting company to work with.

My daughter is currently in the NICU, she’s been there for 6 months. We finally after many attempts with the help of all doctors and nurses of the hospital, have finally gotten my daughter strong and stable enough to be released and two hours before my daughter was going to come home, the doctor pulled me aside and told me that due to this nursing agency my daughter will not be able to come home anytime soon because they cannot find a at home nurse for her. I was completely devastated because that’s not what any parent would want to hear the day that supposedly your child will be coming home. They had me speak with the director of the program, and she just left me with no words. This woman had to be the most rudest incompetent person that they could have found. The director clearly stated to me that it was my fault along with the doctors that my daughter will not be coming home today because we’ve lied to them stating that she should have came home last month. I was completely left in shock not only will I not be getting my child but I had another woman tell me that it’s my fault that my child is not coming home after six long and very hard months that we had to go through as a family to say it’s my fault, how dare her. I almost lost my child at one point and to hear those words from supposedly be a healthcare professional. She wanted to whine to me and said that it’s my fault that someone’s child went without food for a month when she knows very well I’m not in control of absolutely anything. Please I am begging you if you are ever in this point, we’re home nursing is necessary, I strongly do not recommend this agency. They are completely unappropriate and they don’t understand that this is the most vulnerable moment of peoples lives having to depend on someone else to care for your love ones.

I want to express my gratitude towards this God Sent company. Myself and my son (Client)were gifted to receive services from this company. Ms.Nneka is a "Angel from Heaven" There was not a service that wasn't provided. Any hour of the day she made sure that my family was accommodated. She remained a wonderful friend. What I appreciate more than anything is that this company is strictly based around the needs of the individuals and their families. Her staff was always so professional and polite, and l believe that comes from beautiful God fearing management. It was really hard on myself and son when he had to transition into adult care services, but as l said, she has remained in our lives, and still makes it her business to visit us and make phone calls to check on us. We love her dearly

This company was found by our case worker for our son health needs . At the beginning things were going smoothly. Until they started having staff sleeping on the job, staff not showing up at all, no communication between nurses and scheduling staff, and just being irresponsible with their duties. I was already looking for another agency because I was pregnant with my third child and I needed all the help I could get to take care of my other child. I have been so PATIENT with this company I even DEFENDED the nurses when my husband got upset with them and this company took ADVANTAGE OF MY KINDNESS. Now I’m sitting in a hospital bed waiting to be discharge (which will be until tomorrow ) and receiving text messages that nurses cannot fill in their schedule anymore or are just not showing up or have to leave by a certain time and stressing me and giving me anxiety that I just can’t believe how irresponsible this company has been. Complete disappointment because now I don’t know what to do. Imagine being in my place, having a baby, my husband has to be here to help me move around , and then worry about who’s going to take care of our sick son at home ? These people are the worst !
