Dr. Zimnoch is always very thorough during my annual physical and takes time to discuss my health issues and concerns. He always sees me on time and does not rush me during the visit. He is very kind as are all the staff. I have had numerous disappointing primary care doctors and am relieved to have finally found this office so that I no longer have to go on an exhausting hunt.

I am very disappointed about Maxim healthcare services staffs Keith frantz who call him self a manager, I have problem with scarlet over the phone about to providing services to my mom. first of all scarlet was very rude with me today over the phone about me changing the appt date with a late notice, they don't understand my situation why the date was change, instead of her talking to me very nice but she was rude and upset about me changing the date. I request for her manager wish he call him self keith frantz even was worse speaking to him today, he also was taking side after I speak to him, he even told me they don't want to provide service to my mom, I should consider to took somewhere else after waiting for so long for this service. he don't even want to hear my side instead his taking side, the last word I receive from keith frantz is we will call you tomorrow around 3pm to see if we can provide you service or you can consider to look somewhere else, keith frantz talk to me in a very unprofessional manner, he talk to me with a racial voice because of my accent, because he keeps one tell me don't call your self you are our customer, you are not our customer, so if I am not you customer why should I allow the maid who suppose to work for my mom to come to our house. the bottom line is your staff scarlet and keith frantzt are very disrespectful and unprofessional they need more training how to handle clients complain thank you for taking your time to read this complain.

I have had a tremendously wonderful experience with the Washington, DC office. They are good listeners who take congnisance of nurses' complaints and or suggestions. Very proactive, very thorough. They take the safety of nurses' seriously as we go into different homes to provide care. I am honored to be a part of the DC office. On a personal note, I remain grateful and appreciative of the kindness and sympathy they showed me during my grief secondary to the passing of my parents. While I was away to mourn, they never left me. They stayed in touch to ask of my well being. I will forever, be grateful to them, especially my manager, Keith Frantz.
