Based upon my observations and interactions with this group, it seems they need a corporate overhaul and restructuring focused on employing competent compassionate staff, not people that answer the phones any kind of way.

This place is not good for people seeking mental health services.. Dr Chia is horrible and is triggering … I was told they didn’t care .. and that’s the problem.. find someone or thing else to do with your time … and it smells like old food which can’t be sanitary for a dr office.. I’m happy I had my daughter or else I’d slapped fire out of him!!!

I was 9 minutes Early for my appointment and when I got there there was No One at the desk to greet me. I waited and waited then I began to ask questions of the staff to see where the person I was supposed to see was in the building or even coming in. I was told that they would be there soon, I needed this appointment so I stayed put. The person I came to see was 50 minutes LATE if I had been there 50 LATE with No call I would have to Reschedule my Appt, I kept calm and respectful but I was HOT I had my appointment and asked that if they're going to be LATE like this in the future at least let someone know in the office so I'm not trying to figure out what's going on they did Eventually Apologize for their Tardiness and said that they'd do that next time I had to Reschedule another appointment and everything.

This place is a little clean, the staff are friendly but they have clean the restrooms cleaner. They also need to have food drives for the clients, have special events like some kind of events for the family in need would be nice too. It should not be just to treat people with mental health problems but they can make clients appreciate them more if they would have event to show that life is worth living.
