My mother is bedridden and she is constantly left without an Aid. Lying in her filth!! Before I go to the news who should I contact with my concerns. Please DO NOT say Grace because she is never available and never helps! Please replace management!!

This agency does not care about your love ones, and the aids does not have any knowledge about the patient before they come out. The staff is very nonchalant when calling about concerns. I'm in the process of looking for a new agency. I DO NOT recommend this agency.

This is the worse Home Health agency I have ever dealt with. None of their aide care for the patient and they all try to cheat the patient out of hours. The company doesn't care as well because when a complaint about an aide was made or voiced, all they did was replace the one aide with another one worse off than before. Dealing with this company I had to put in surveillance camera to prove to the company about there own worker. Sad in deed. I dont want to give them a star because they deserve a negative -10.

My mother has fallen with just about every aide they have sent her. She just fell again this past Sunday 6/17/18. A lot of time they are not paying attention, sleep or on their phones or computer. One day I went to my mother's house and found that the aide had taken my mother's cell phone charger from upstairs, unplugged the carbon monoxide detector to hook up her computer and phone in the living room. When I came in the first thing she said was "hi, what's the password to the wifi?". One lady was argumentative with mother, walked around barefoot and always put her feet on her sofa...When she would go to sleep! I could fill this page up with problems. No matter how my mother tries to explain to them how she would prefer something they still do it their own way..."this is how we do it in Africa" Cooking is out of the question. They have burned up my mother's expensive pots and pans. My neighbor and I prepare cooked food so it only has to be warmed up. They constantly destroy the food in the microwave because they won't listen. For most of them it's just a job. For a very small few, they have chosen this profession because they care and want to help those in need. These are the only ones I believe should be caring for the elderly or anybody. One reviewer mentioned vetting? From what I'm told from the aides they just sign on and if available go out the same day. You would think there would be at least a six month program of schooling in domestic chores and a passing grade before entering the health care field.

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the care Premium Select has provided to my mother. If you make the career decision to care for those individuals who cannot care for themselves, you should be 100% committed to your patient and treat them the way you would want your mother or father to be treated. We have dealt with caretakers who have attitudes, fuss at other family members, and are even argumentative. On the weekends, I have even witnessed caretakers FALLING ASLEEP while they're supposed to be supervising my mother. It is appalling to me that they think this type of behavior is okay. Especially with someone who's condition is unpredictable and can cause life-threatening issues like respitarory failure or choking. The unprofessionalism of Premium Select Home Care is baffling. There seems to be an issue with every new caretaker they send, and I question their vetting system when picking their employees. Unfortunately, we can't afford to switch companies because it would leave my mother without an aide and I live too far to help my family care for her during the week while others in the household work. But if we could, the peace of mind, knowing my mom is being properly cared for while I'm not there, would definitely be worth it in the long run.
