The name of this company should be changed to UNPROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE. Since the initial referral to the company, home assessments have been slothful. It took two weeks to get an intake nurse established for the assessment. It took two weeks for a home health aide and now it has been a month and a week since establishing an OT to do an assessment. I would not recommend this company if it was the last one on the planet. The only persons that are consistent and reliable are the PT and now the nurse. The scheduler Christian lacks follow-up communication and provides no resolution and Brooke the supv/OT was unapologetic in regards to the unprofessionalism and slothfulness of the company. The OT Christa that was supposed to be assigned never followed up with the initial appt over two weeks ago. She recently set up an appt and was severely late & showed up at the wrong address and after several attempts to give direction, still took had issues finding the house. She was argumentative when I stated it wasn't a good fit and I basically had to open the door to signal that her services were no longer needed. If you can't find the house, how on earth would you be able to do an OT assessment. Upper management needs to address all of these issues and as a warning to anyone dealing with this company, they are short staffed and you will have to wait to get anything started, so hopefully you're not a senior citizen without an advocate because they will definitely take advantage.

I worked with the Kensington Office barely worked because after two weeks of calling someone finally showed up calling the day they were coming. They don’t seem to have much communication that’s for sure. One person a PT came and recommended an electric wheelchair for my husband. That certainly is not the plan. The plan is for him to walk again with the walker so talk about it bad attitude don’t waste your time because it takes a lot of time to get a person and then they don’t do anything Now this is Kensington Office

This is the worst agency you can use if you truly care about your loved one ,where do I even begin this company truly does not have the best interest of the patients , unprofessional staff, horrible communication and not the best of care..when you complain to the manager no resolution! You'll be transfered to a number of different staff none in which are helpful

This is one of the worst places you can use. I'm telling you from experience. They dont have the patient interest a priority. They do not follow the cleanliness standards.
