T&N is one amongst most agency that I prefer and love because of their scheduling do their best to provide cases when in need and front text too prompt in answering frequently ask questions. Communication from administration is awesome and everyone’s mostly on the same page. However, aides love sleeping here and aren’t really interactive. That needs to change before they run clients like myself away, one of the staffing team representatives Crystal always sounds sleepy and disinterested in her job. Moreover, she’s usually negative as heck too ! Otherwise, this is a wonderful place. Of course, they’re short staffed. Every agency everywhere is, that’s the only headache here. More positively, Kemi, the director is a gem and knows how to talk to people like a human even when the situation isn’t ideal. She’s transparent and embodies empathy very exquisitely. Give her a raise and long vacation!

If I could give negative stars I would the worst agency. There is no accountability my mother has been left numerous times by aides by herself. They leave early that are late they refuse to cook they refuse to do her hair. I cannot switch agency because no other agency will take if if you leave another agency. The aides never work the entire shift. My mother has been put off of transportation several times because the aides are late or they no do not show up to get her off the bus.They should not have a contract with DC Medicaid they are they most unprofessional individuals I have come across.
