I would highly recommend Universal Home Healthcare mainly because of Kioana. She is such a jewel. Very caring, understanding, patient. My mother has been with this agency for a couple of years and Kioana has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my mother care is good. I depend on her and trust her. Thanks Kioana.

In choosing health care be very careful of this agency. My Mom needed the service before passing n my sister bought it to my attention 2 of the aids stole things from her house. Another family member told me the same thing. I'm now in need of assistance n made the mistake of choosing them (at that time I had no ideal the name of the agency) n tried for over a month to get my paperwork transferred to another agency. Chis the person in charge tried to talk me into staying with them but I have zero tolerance for thieves n he purposely held up my transfer. Write your reviews if you have problems and call the police so this behavior will become public knowledge
