I just finished my home health care experience with Signature, and was totally impressed with their professionalism and follow-through. The entire team was friendly, helpful and sincere in their efforts to assist in my home recovery after a bad fall. Jamie’s analytical oversight helped insure that the home environment was updated with appropriate improvements to make sure that my PT and OT could be safely accomplished. His insights on the course of treatment gave me a clear understanding of what I needed to do. Travis provided physical therapy guidance that was specific and helped me understand the desired outcome of each exercise, and the exact mechanics of how to do each one. Kazia really made the hygiene care functional within my physical limitations. She was very caring and had great advice regarding equipment usage. Matt ensured that the PT program was appropriate to my situation and that all objectives were met. Jovy, the nurse provided a level of QC from the nursing perspective. Overall, the team was clear in their direction in helping me meet my goals, and timely in communication. I especially appreciated meeting with John, the Signature Care Coodinator, at my rehab facility. He helped make this transition seamless and inspired my confidence in “next steps”.
