Jefferson Hospice was an integral part of my Dad being able to die at home comfortably and at peace. My mother and I will forever be grateful for the 24/7 medical support staff. All staff we worked with were kind, well educated, hardworking and compassionate. A special thank you to Dune and Lindsey for being absolutely amazing nurses.

Jefferson Healthcare Hospice positioned itself as a partner but failed to deliver on this promise. There are great constraints across all forms of healthcare due to COVID-19, however, once resources were secured for in-home care to assist our family with my father's dying process, the level of care and advisement provided was insufficient. We followed the instructions provided by the Jefferson Healthcare hospice team, in conjunction with our family assessing the needs of our father to provide him with sufficient care and comfort, and our family was made to feel as if we were sabotaging my father's dying process. I would urge any family that is considering using Jefferson Healthcare Hospice to do their due diligence to ensure they receive thorough, prompt, and responsive care they so desperately need and deserve for their loved one.
