My husband has had a few strokes and he has 1 leg (he's in a wheelchair). He has vascular dementia as well as many other health issues. When he was released from the hospital this last time, the VA arranged for him to have some caregiving at home (to help him and I). The first day this Company sent out a caregiver, she showed up. Second time, she was late, and then a third time, she showed up on schedule. After that, she never came back, no contact from her or the Company as to why. When I tried to call after a couple missed visits, her supervisor was unavailable for an extended period of time because of an illness. Once I was contacted a few weeks later, I had already had to make other arrangements and did not need or want their services anymore. I do not recommend this Company at all! On top of all this, the caregiver and people in the office do not speak English well, and it may just be me, but I had a very hard time understanding them.

My mother is client. She is very happy with the service Amicable providers. We have had issues finding the right caretaker for my mother then we meet Supervisor Khadro who changed all of our perspective of not trusting anyone with her mother. When my mother caretaker was not available Khadro was to help my mother. Khadro checks in with my mother weekly because my mother is alone. My mother is very happy with her caretaker and we are at peace. Thank you Amicable for have someone like Khadro. ~Eason
