Dr Errett Story is exceptional. He listened very carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. He was fully aware of my medical history and came well prepared. His hands were very gentle during the procedure, and he talked me through each step so there were no surprises. He made an uncomfortable procedure feel as comfortable as possible. His medical assistant was very helpful as well. She guided me on ways to ease the pain during the procedure and provided a heating pad, which made a big difference.

I had some initial issues getting seen but thankfully that is the only thing I can complain about. My new doctor saw me on time. She was very kind and she honestly took time to listen to me. The whole staff goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and they all were very kind except for one of the ladies at prescription pick up...a little grumpy. Luckily she was forgotten about because the woman who gave me prescription at another window was super nice and friendly!! The parking Garage at Capital is a touch expensive especially if Kaiser owns the building. The outside parking around the building is limited at best and some are time limited. There is valet that is awesome for some folks. I also witnessed some patience that were the opposite of friendly. Even so they were accommodated with a kindness and empathy. Very refreshing during the holiday season. I look forward to working with my doctor:>))

Today Noah Fabish went above and beyond helped me on resolving my husband overdue (19 days) ultrasound results releasing issues. Very appreciated him to reaching out and get management involved; we really need more people like Noah to help out where it is needed even was just a causal question and he took upon himself to get to the bottom of the issue. I want to give him a heartfelt thanks for his professionalism and KP is lucky to have him there to provide strong patient support! Please help me recognize his great work ethic.

Emilie Lowens was very informative, kind and listened to me. She was knowledgeable in the area of concern, gave me a lot of helpful information and set me up with services that can better help me with my condition. Everyone I talked to at Urgent Care from security, check in, triage, doctor and labs were kind and took time to help me the best they could and get me on my way. There was not a lot of waiting around time, nor did I feel rushed. Everything went as smooth as I would hope for!
