Took a couple wrong turns trying to find the correct elevator. But thanks to the helpful receptionist, and a number of friendly nurses… I navigated 3 different floors at Kline Galland, without having to drop bread crumbs (or skittles) to find my way back!

My mom spent her final three months at Kline Galland, and the care she received was extraordinary. From the moment she entered, every staff member treated her with dignity, warmth, and genuine love. The aides, nurses, social workers, kitchen staff, activities team, and hospice support didn’t just care for her, they honored her. She enjoyed bingo, made art, celebrated Mother’s Day, and spent Easter surrounded by family thanks to the team’s thoughtfulness. Even when we couldn’t be with her, it felt like we still were, because the staff treated her like their own family. I’m deeply grateful to people. What they do is rare, and it changes lives. It changed ours.

Our mom was sent to Kline Galland for rehab and eventually hospice. This facility exceeded our expectations. Rooms and areas were kept clean. The staff were attentive and caring the entire time our mom was there. The rehab unit had exceptional OT and PT staff. They were encouraging and patient as they worked with our mom. The hospice team - doctor, nurses, nursing aids, chaplain, social worker, kitchen staff, and housekeeping all worked together to provide excellent care to our mom and family through a very difficult time in our lives. They were all consistently kind and respectful…which is a hard thing to find. We as a family felt very supported and would highly recommend Kline Galland’s services.
