The actual therapists and staff are pretty good! Friendly, knowledgeable, etc. However, the scheduling is a freaking nightmare. It's been an issue since day one, and I canceled PT services for my brother because of it. They contact you the night before to schedule for next day. Who runs a healthcare practice like that? It seriously blows my mind how terrible the scheduling and communication is. My brother has severe special needs/autism. He, among other individuals, need some sort of structure and predictability. He lacks proper communication skills and I need to present at the appointment. But, I work two other jobs on top of being his caregiver. Although he is the priority, most employers aren't okay with their employees having to cancel shifts or show up late on the regular. I warn anyone who has been referred to use this company to stay away if you have other appointments or responsibilities. It's just way too unstructured. Oh, and, his OT assessment never got scheduled and we've been waiting weeks for that but I suppose it doesn't matter now. To the higher ups in this organization, we beg of you, find a better way to schedule your patience.

The scheduling is a nightmare. They call you late the day before and expect you to be ready the next day for their visit. It is to be a convenience for them and not for the client as it should be. When you tell them that particular day of the week will not work for you, they still try to push you to be available that day.

All of the folks who came out to see me were absolutely top notch and very caring. They are concerned about doing the right thing at all times. They do not settle for expediency over quality care. Quality always wins out.

The clinicians are generally very good, but the administrator Darian Faraca is very difficult to work with; passive aggressive type. She delayed scheduling and then abruptly left my father without essential treatment without notice.
