They are owned by Humana and just took over this office. And most of their help quick because they are used to patient centered health care. They don't deliver that any more. They want me to call dispatch Healthcare for urgent care treatment which is more money. Not good for a Medicare patient. Not good for the State of Washington with a medicaid patient......... all about her bonus not us. This is Melissa the case Manager. She doesn't care about the patient's.

The abounded my care on Fri June 13, 2025 saying they have no Healthcare providers available. This is a lie my normal Nurse who truely cares offered to come see me. She has treated me for over two years. She was told the appointment was canceled.

Both OT and PT have been exceptional at helping me regain independence and mobility as I adjust to another chronic illness. Sarah and Cameron especially have gone above and beyond to help reduce my chronic pain and add tools that I can continue to use for pain relief and a program to help strengthen my body.

My mother has had Kindred at Home in the past, and following through with care, as she loves her people who come to address her needs. Although there has been several issues within the past year, to include : Misdiagnosis, Some, Lack of Knowledge for her particular needs, Very Frustrating Scheduling! Which effects all of our livelihoods, Keeping up with supplies specific to her needs. But have tried to deal with so many indiscretions as mom loves her people during their visits. And this being of utmost importance for her comfort, but at the same time, having a set weekly schedule, to include days and times really needs to be addressed, as we have had so many weeks, days, hours of not knowing anything until the day before, or the day of an appointment, or am asked what time works, when I don't make their schedules when they are given their patients to see each week. This taking personal time from the caregivers, as well as making plans for our family members because we just don't know who, or when all may be coming for the week. We are, and have always been flexible to alls schedules, but it does put great strain in the home with not having a true schedule. As well as all listed above. Personally wonder who works for who, and how much is being utilized to get insurance payments filed. There are really no room for excuses, and mishaps in the medical field wether it be in home care, hospitals, facilities, or any medical care anywhere. I have my job to care for my mother, but should have time to take care of myself as well without worry of all of these things. Not sure if this review will be addressed, or dismissed, but this is how things are being ran in our City, County, Country. Things need to get better, not worse. Thank you for the opportunity to share.LC

After being sick with sepsis I was able to finally come home from a facility 4 months later. The nurses and therapist and bath aid were great at first. My husband has been through a lot taking care of an elderly mother who is declining and thinking he may lose his wife. Sepsis affected my heart so he's very concerned about me getting sick with what people may bring in when they come. We had a nurse come who was sick and had been throwing up. She asked for something to throw up in and my husband was very concerned about her making me sick and she would sit very close to me and not wear PPE . We got a different nurse that came out and she was nice and upbeat. We had an OT and she was nice but when she came out and talked about a wheelchair she disregarded my husbands concerns and would turn her back to him and talk condescending to him. There was a different ot coming out and she was respectful and included my husband in my care conversations and the same with the bath aid. But instead of coming out to talk to us or just sending the ones out that came with a positive attitude they decided to discharge me all together when I needed the wound care and bath aid. No alternative offered or anything. Completely unfair.
