BE AWARE! RNs at this home health agency are 98% of the time are either sick or have reasons why they can't come to see the patient. When they do show up they are never ready, have no clue what the patient's condition is ( they don't check orders from doctors ahead of the visit, when they receive orders they ignore them so you have to nag them to get them to complete doctor's orders, or they claim that they never received orders after multiple providers sent them same order multiple times and have receipts of the orders sent). Other RNs at this agency lack experience to simply draw labs...It takes many days to weeks to get them to do stuff that is crucial for patients wellbeing. PT and OT also slacking...1 visit per week for deconditioned patient post long hospitalization...How is that helpful in regaining strength?

They are all really great and friendly people they really help you teach you things that are easier to do when you are having health issues. They show a different way to get in the shower whitch makes it a whole lot easier.

My dad used this company in the past and was amazing. They scheduled the next visit before leaving so we had 2-5 days between visits and be expecting them. We schedule later in the day for days I worked and early morning visits for days that I was off. He has dementia and gets upset extremely easy and this company has handled him amazingly in the past and was really patient with him. This time was a mess from the beginning. Called a day before the intake requested too early of a time, we had no choice since no later appointments available. Showed up and asked a few questions and left after the intake part. No word on next visit or when they'll be in touch. Again, they messaged a day before they wanted to come, request too early of a time and was told no later times available. We took it. Same thing, they left without word on the next visit. I keep getting texts for these times that dont work for us and they ask 1 day before which is hard for us. He left for a vacation with his daughter last weekend and they randomly messaged for an appointment the next day. We need some sort of schedule to go by. I own a business so I need a couple days notice so they don't request times I have set aside for my clients. Each time they are only available when I'm working the next day or hes sleeping. It's been about a month and they haven't gotten us on a schedule. They just message us for a next day visit. This feels so much more sloppy than before they just offer us one time slot for the next day. One time slot, everytime. No other options. Completely not up to me or my dad when they visit. I dont know what to do when only 1 random time they have available is offered to him. All my texts are the same thing "hi, this is so-and so from center well. We'd like to schedule a time to visit tomorrow at 10am"... and if that time doesn't work for you they will not care to help find a better time. That's been our only option this time.

Third attempt. I would like to give out a shout to the following representatives of your organization. Nurse Kelly; Physical Therapist Matt & Josh; Speech Therapist Kalsey. Each before mentioned were professional, kind, respectful, listeners, timely, gets the point across on my level, and comes ready as soon as at the door. I understand that Nurse Kelly contract is over very soon. As the brief time I was involved with my wound healing, she made sure that each detailed task was done. She even explained to me each step she does in case I would need to do the process right. Nurse Kelly will be an asset that will be hard to replace. Physical Therapist Matt was very understanding but ensured that each exercise was done correctly within my physical abilities. He assigned exercises and sets to work on in his absence. I worked extra hard to exceed my set goal to help build on legs. He was so helpful on making sure I had the proper equipment to use daily. Matt even helped me put the equipment together in his view of being set , ready. Speech Therapist Kalsey came to me at the right time. I had issue that were hard to understand why. Ms. Kasey worked with me with kindness and with welcoming tasked to develope .y normal Speech. She was very knowledge able in what she did. In fact she was so concerned that she contacted my primary doctor at Madigan to discuss possible medicine issues, may be causing or adding to my issue. Ms Kalsey was so strong on me getting an MRI on my head because of possible confusion issue. I am so very thankful for each one of these person that is helping me get back to some kind of normalcy. WHAT A GREAT ORGANIZATION TO SEND THESE ANGELS TO ME FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE. I would like to say more but will run out of space. Super representatives. I love them all even with the short time I worked with them. They are leaving a great impression on me.

Meds in hospital didn’t help me understand that I had a limited amount of time to use this resource :(. So I only got to use about half the sessions. All the therapists were great to work with.
