Absolutely would never recommend this place for anyone needing home health care after a hospital visit. They agreed to take my Mom on as a patient when she was discharged from the hospital. On day 5 of being at home and not hearing from them we called them and asked to speak to a supervisor. There was no supervisor on duty and because of the start of a holiday weekend they wouldn’t be able to get back to us until Monday or Tuesday. Monday and Tuesday roll on by and no call from a supervisor. Her primary care doctor reached out to see how she was doing after her hospital stay and asked about home health. We let her know they haven’t called, showed up, messaged us or anything. After her PCP called Puget Sound Home Health they said they declined services for her. Not once did we get a call or anything letting us know they wouldn’t be servicing her. Meanwhile she needed wound care, colostomy care, and physical therapy. Don’t take your chances with this place as they obviously don’t care about the patient. We still have not received any call, email, text or anything letting us contact. They should be ashamed. They are lucky they didn’t receive a lawsuit for negligence

These folks are truly wonderful. Not only skilled and knowledgeable they are deeply compassionate. I had a terrible fall with broken ribs and more. They helped me move through the healing process with both physical care and understanding. I highly recommend them. Thank you Amy and Cassie. I will always remember you.

I came so far from being no weight-bearing on my right foot from breaking my ankle in Three places. I had Nicole for OT And Autumn and Heather for PT highly recommend all three of them. It was a pleasure to have them come into my home and help me to succeed where I am today. I’m gonna miss them all three love them . It was funny because the first time one of them came to my house they were like Can you hop on 1 foot? I’m thinking what well by the end I was hopping on 1 foot just not at the beginning lol

I would like to give my thanks and gratitude to the nursing staff especially Barbra B and the social worker Daniela, for helping my family with great hospice care and taking time to care for my father during this difficult time. I honestly could not have done this without the help of the whole team leading me at times when I was truly lost. I would recommend this hospice company for anyone looking for great care! Communication is wonderful and everyone who’s been here during this process has been friendly, interactive with my father and allowed him to be himself. My father always enjoyed his visits.
