I have called countless times and no one will return my calls. At first, I was told the home health orders were never sent, then later they changed their story and said someone would call to schedule a visit—which never happened. My family member was supposed to receive physical therapy, nursing, and bathing assistance, but none of it was provided. If you do not want to end up caring for your family member yourself look somewhere else.

This place has got worse since it was bought out by compassus. I broke my femer and shattered my knee in Jan 11th 2024 shortly after being released from hospital I started on home health care with OT, PT, Wound care nurse and bathing. Now 9/20/25 still not walking but couple steps, still can't get into the shower, still no strength in my leg I broke the femer and shattered the knee in and they are discharging me from service this Tuesday. They already discharged OT a year ago since I was unable to get into the shower. The discharged nurse for wound care months ago even though I not healed with wounds she was caring for. Now I am getting discharged from PT Tuesday and I have not reached my goals yet. There are 16 steps out of my apartment and I can barely get down 4-5 then back up. So because they discharge PT I also lose bathing. This place has no care for there patients at all. If you care about your health and recovery or your loved one health and recovery I suggest you stay away from this place. It's not my insurance or my physician it's this company choosing to discharge me. After they told me I wouldn't be discharged until they could get me down my stairs and to my car. During this over year and half there was days and weeks I went with no PT as PT went on vacation. I went a month one time barely able to do physical therapy as my wheelchair has to be replaced and medline kept sending me the wrong one. So the wing wheelchair made my leg painful and was unable to do PT but sure pt could have had me do leg exercises since I couldn't walk. This place is a joke. They lie! Stay away from this company . If I could give a zero star I would, that's how bad this place is and I didn't complain but this had to be shared so no else gets treated like I do.

Most of the nurses are great, just don't expect the supplies you actually need. I've been out of catheters and been trying to get them for a month now. The supervisor micki won't even return my calls. They don't really seem to care if I am able to urinate or not. They all deserve to be fired. Micki has dropped the ball on one of the most important things they are supposed to supply me with

The nursing staff are mostly pretty good, but the management and the scheduling are embarrassingly terrible. You will be told you have an appointment on Monday, and at 2pm Monday you will get a phone call telling you they will be there Wednesday. Wednesday at 8am you will get a call telling you they will see you Friday, and then, there will be no contact until the following week. Providence sold its home health services to the lowest bidder, and Compassus flushed everything down the toilet. If you are directed to use this service, find ANY OTHER home health service. They are worse than you can imagine. ** If their deep concern over my experience was serious, they wouldn't have exclusively one star reviews. **

Is this place a joke? First had a nurse show up without a appointment at the same time we had work being done on our home, then someone was supposed to be calling us to set up a appointment for the next week and that never happened, haven't heard from anyone since then and that was on July 2nd. Tomorrow I am calling my husband's insurance company to make sure they are they are not being charged for services since July 2nd, this seems to be some sort of scam.
