We moved into independent living at Touchmark at Fairway Village14 months ago. We are very satisfied with our decision. Staff across the board are very concerned about meeting the needs of residents. Their meal program is high quality and again the wait staff is very accommodating of resident needs. We participate in their fitness programs which again are tailored to resident needs. And it's a joy making new friends who consistently praise the staff and facility.

We moved into a Touchmark independent living apartment almost a year ago. Residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of activities, outings, support services and special events. The dining room offers many options and accommodates substitutions and special requests when practical. Management truly appreciates resident involvement and input. And it has the best fitness center, in design, staffing and programs. We have been very happy here.

The day my boys brought me here, I felt a calm. I used to live alone. I felt a huge relief since being here; the ambience, the cleanliness, the peacefulness. The kids, my blue angels are so good to me and so wonderful. You never hear anything negative and nothing but kindness. They take time for you and I have yet to have an experience I’m not happy with. The food is magnificent. I haven’t been much a participant in life enrichment due to my hearing but i love it here. It’s very accommodating and warm. I’m absolutely astounded because I have a blood pressure problem and my Angels are in here three times a day to monitor my health. You think the new will wear off but it hasn’t and it has been two years. I have so much fun with the kids here in Health Services. I absolutely adore them.

Touchmark at Fairway Village has been our home now for nearly 4 1/2 years, and to say that we made a good decision to move here is an understatement. The staff is great – caring, attentive, skilled, and most importantly, consistent. The turnover among senior managers is almost non existent. We love our cottage, and we particularly love that someone else cleans it and fixes something should it break. The facility itself is terrific. We have a great pool, gym, and related healthcare facilities, library, pool room, activity room and lounge. The food, and food services are fine, and sometimes surprisingly terrific. And, if you are a wine snob like I am, it was wonderful to learn that there is never a charge to bring, open and serve your own wine. Finally, there is never a reason to be bored here. There are so many activities to occupy yourself with that it’s amazing we don’t run out of time.
