I can not vouch for their services, but I am sure they are kind and proficient, as other reviewers mentioned. I am giving this one star review because their data privacy system is quite sloppy, Cavalier, as in ""cavalier"... can also be used as an adjective to describe someone who is haughty, disdainful, or offhand and unceremonious, often implying a lack of seriousness or concern" I received PT in a local nursing home, and was sent home before fully able to integrate... The social workers at the home referred me to this group for further support. The FIRST DAY they tried to contact me, they ALSO tried to contact my daughter, who I had listed as an emergency contact at admission to the nursing home. I confronted the contact person at Mountainview, and he went on to try to defend his company's sloppy procedures. There was NO REASON to worry my daughter. The fact that I did not pick up my phone is NOT an emergency. Instead of an apology and maybe some noise about how they realize it's a problem and would try to fix it, I got the runaround that it's not their fault. So.... THEY called my daughter, two thousand miles away, and worried her for no reason.. and when confronted THEY deny any culpability. Harrumph! I say. IF you have ANY concerns about your HIPPA rights, I would run away from this organization.

My mother had several weeks of physical therapy with Gina Helsel, PT. She was very good with my mother and helped her to be independent again.
