This service has helped my 80 year old momma so much. The nurses and the PT always call and give me an idea of when they will be at the house. When mom goes in the hospital they send me a text to check on her. The actual people coming to check on mom vary but I have always had a great experience with all of them. They are kind and listen to my mom’s stories. The PT people have really made a difference with my mom’s ability to move around. I would recommend the service to everyone.

We had Centerwell to help with my husband’s wound care. The people that came to our home were very nice. The only issue we had was that we only had one nurse that would call the day before to let us know what time she would be there the next day and that only happened twice. The other times nurses would call the morning of their visit to let us know what time they were going to be there. For the most part this wasn’t a big issue since my husband was home most every day, but it made it difficult on mornings or days he/we had appointments. As of today, my husband has not been released from wound care and while a nurse did call a few days ago to come see him (she didn’t need to come that day because he had an appointment at the wound care center) we have not seen anyone for over a week and my husband’s bandages are supposed to be changed every 3 days. I have had to do the changes myself on days that no one came.

The visits are always thorough and meet the needs and even more for the patient. The medical team is very knowledgeable and so pleasant. I know this service is why my mother is doing so well. This service keeps us out of the doctor’s office and probably prevents further illness. It is the best and the staff is outstanding!
