I thought I had already experienced the worst home healthcare agency in WV but this agency has proved me wrong. We constantly had issues with therapists never showing up. We hear the constant excuse that because it's a rural area, we can't schedule the appointments in advance. And that's BS. There is no reason they can't schedule the therapy days in advance with a at least a four hour window for arrival. This excuse is tired and being used to conceal the agency's lack of professionalism and accountability -- not just with this agency but with others in the area. Anyone with any sense knows that for therapy to be effective it must be consistent. They need to be held to a higher standard -- these are people's lives we're talking about.

I was very pleased in the beginning with their services. But as time went on, it became harder and harder to get supplies. I had to resort to using diapers for bandages because they couldn't get me any. They blame the insurance. They would get orders from the doctor, but lose the lab orders so they didn't have to take my blood or do their work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful nurses. However, whoever schedules the nurses is incompetant as they are scheduled in a very inefficient manner. Also, visits are sporadic; none came out though ordered by surgeon. Lastly, we are being billed for supplies that UMR insists we should not be billed!

Terrible service I call them every week to see when there suppose to come and then again on the days there suppose to be there and even if they reschedule them self they mark it as a missed visit they have lied on me about missing vist and refusing catheter change when I never have only time I ever did was when they brought the wrong catheter a 20 when I’m a 16 if you know anything about catheter u know that a big issue in size they have said they would send supplies for the past 3 months n havnt n it always the same thing it pending even the last 3 vist I even had to let them use my supplies I bought out of pocket which my insurance pays them to do overall I can’t even think of anything they do to help me at all They have great nurses but the administration is it down fall
